About us

Apex Pacific Precision LLC, headquartered in California, works with overseas industrial manufacturers preparing to enter the US market. Our work sits before purchase orders are formed: US compliance and certification pathways, importer/distributor qualification, and entry into buyer decision chains.

The role

You will be the professional front end of our client meetings. For each meeting you receive a briefing pack — company introduction, agenda, the questions to work through, and handling notes. You host the call from your home, in English, work through the agenda, and report decisions and next steps the same day. Questions outside the agenda are noted and handed to our team for follow-up — you never have to improvise on topics outside the brief.

As a project moves into execution, the work can extend to US ground support: coordinating certification applications and paperwork, scheduling laboratory testing and inspections, organizing documents, and confirming milestones with the relevant US parties. All client information and materials are handled under NDA, through company channels.

What you need

• Native-level / fluent English — clear, structured, confident spoken communication (this is the core requirement)
• Professional presence on video calls with international clients
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and precise about following a brief
• Comfortable escalating questions outside the agenda to our team rather than improvising answers
• Able to sign an NDA; based in the US (Southern California preferred for later on-site work)
• Plus, not required: industrial / manufacturing / B2B background, project coordination experience, Mandarin

Compensation

Project-based: paid per project and milestone — no base salary or retainer. Scope and pay for each project are confirmed in writing before you start it. The more projects you handle well, the more you take on; strong performers grow into full project execution work.
